Job Description
Charter Mercantile Agency is excited to announce an opening for Collection Executives (Voice) in our Kakkanad, Cochin office. We are looking for immediate joiners to enhance our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound collection calls, addressing debt-related inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and participating in team meetings.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills in English, basic computer literacy, and a willingness to work in shifts. Previous experience of 0-1 year is preferred.
Compensation: The salary range is ₹12,00.00 to ₹15,00.00 per month, inclusive of health insurance and cab facilities.
