Job Description

We invite you to become a Collection Assistant with Reliance Owners Association Management Services. In this essential role, you will advise customers on debt repayment strategies, provide exceptional customer service related to collection matters, and manage assigned accounts effectively.

Your daily responsibilities will include verifying invoices, preparing daily bank deposits, sending payment reminders, and contacting owners regarding service charge payments. Familiarity with Mollak Software is advantageous, and your insights will assist the OA Manager in recommending actions for defaulters.

This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹26,00.00 to ₹27,00.00. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collection Assistant is preferred.
