Brainvalley Software Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Collection Assistant to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to develop and implement effective debt collection strategies, ensuring compliance with the FDCPA. Key responsibilities include contacting debtors to negotiate payment arrangements, researching resources to locate defaulters, and meticulously maintaining transaction records.
