Job Description
Addon Solutions is on the lookout for a committed Collections & Sales Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers through phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding debts. You will negotiate payment plans, resolve payment disputes, and maintain precise records of interactions and transactions. Additionally, you will monitor accounts for timely payments, identify non-payment issues, and collaborate with the finance team to improve collection processes. Regular reports on collection activities will also be part of your responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹17,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance, Performance bonus
Schedule: Day shift, In-person work location.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
