Join Boost Tech as a Collab Contact Center L3 professional! We are seeking skilled candidates with expertise in:
- Collab Technologies: CUCM, CMS, Expressways, CUBE, Unity Connection
- UC & Business Video Solution Sizing
- Room Endpoint Site Survey/Design
- Communication Protocols: SIP, RTP, H.264, H.323, DTMF, ISDN, MGCP
- Troubleshooting and Collaboration Security
- Cloud Technologies: Webex Calling, Webex Edge Integration
- Basic integration, documentation, and virtualization skills
Strong speaking and listening skills are essential. This is a full-time role with a pay range of ₹1,200,00.00 – ₹1,500,00.00 per year, day shifts required. Work location is in-person.
