Job Description
SHIVA TEXYARN LIMITED is seeking an experienced Coconut Farm Supervisor to manage daily operations at our coconut farm. The candidate will ensure efficient production, harvesting, and farm health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise farm laborers in planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting.
- Implement pest control and disease management.
- Coordinate post-harvest processing.
- Maintain daily logs of activities and crop health.
Experience: Minimum 3 years required. Accommodation provided.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
