Job Description
CMM Operator
Position: CMM Operator
Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control
Education: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
Experience: 2–5 years in operating and programming Zeiss CMM.
Location: Chakan, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and program Zeiss CMM machine (Calypso software) for inspection of components.
Conduct First Article, In-process, and Final inspections as per quality requirements.
Review engineering drawings, CAD models, and apply GD&T principles for accurate measurements.
Generate detailed inspection reports, deviation reports, and measurement documentation.
Identify dimensional non-conformances and support root cause analysis & corrective actions.
Ensure CMM machine calibration, upkeep, and maintenance.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Comply with internal and external quality management systems (ISO/IATF standards).
Continuously improve inspection processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Technical Skills:
o Hands-on expertise in Zeiss Calypso software (mandatory).
o Strong knowledge of GD&T and metrology practices.
o Ability to interpret 2D drawings & 3D CAD models.

Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹28,00.00 per month
