Job Description
We are seeking a Cluster Coordinator to lead program implementation across multiple sites, coordinate partner activities, and ensure timely, accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will facilitate stakeholder meetings, manage resources, monitor performance, and maintain high data quality to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and implement work plans, track progress, and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate partners and support capacity building for field teams.
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to monitoring and evaluation standards.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide leadership across sites.
Qualifications: degree in social sciences, public health, or related field; minimum 3 years’ relevant experience; strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; experience in multi-site coordination and proficiency with project management tools.
