Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Cloud Operations Manager to join our team at Paytm. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of Key accounts within our Enterprise business KPIs. You will drive merchant activation and GMV for respective merchants using EDC and QR methods.
Your responsibilities will include handling issues and escalations for Strategic Enterprise accounts, managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks, and seeking ways to automate and simplify manual processes to enhance operational productivity. Moreover, you will set up and monitor processes to ensure smooth business operations.
