The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration and at least 5 years of experience in healthcare administration. Responsibilities include managing administrative staff, overseeing patient scheduling, handling billing, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in medical software, are essential.
