Job Description
7eventzz seeks a Client Servicing Executive to manage inquiries, coordinate decorators, and ensure seamless delivery of event decorations. The role involves handling calls, WhatsApp and web inquiries, presenting packages, confirming bookings, coordinating teams, maintaining lead and booking records, resolving client queries, and collecting feedback.
- Requirements: strong English and Hindi communication; basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets); multitasking, patience, and coordination.
- Experience in client service or events preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Full-time, permanent, in-person role. Compensation: ₹22,00–₹35,00/month, with paid time off, performance incentives, and career growth opportunities.
