Job Description
The Interface Monitoring team at Clearwater Analytics seeks a Client Servicing Associate to manage priority queries, batch processes, and third-party interfaces. The role includes administering file loaders and Jenkins jobs, collaborating with Account Management, Interfaces Product, and Testing teams, and designing interface workflows to transport trade, position, risk, and analytics data to and from Enfusion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Minimum 1 year in technical operations at a fund administrator, financial firm, prime broker, custodian, or asset manager.
- Proficiency with Unix/Linux, Bash scripting, FTP/FTPS/SFTP, encryption utilities, Jenkins, and SQL.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and strong technical problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
