Location: Office No. 311, 3rd Floor, Connaught Place, Bund Garden Road, Pune, Maharashtra 411001
Roles and Responsibilities: In this position, you will manage inbound and outbound calls related to Manpower Services, cultivate strong relationships with clients and employees, maintain accurate client records in the CRM system, and provide HR support while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills: We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office.
