Job Description:
- Process employees’ claims in Concur/Happay according to company policy.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports and trackers.
- Communicate with employees via email, telephone, and other platforms.
- Follow up with employees to resolve any escalations in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in processing reimbursement claims.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
