Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Claim Processing Executive to join our team at Watchyourhealth.com India Private Limited.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing CRM support for claim assistance at client locations.
- Resolving customer inquiries regarding policy coverage and health claims.
- Facilitating the submission and tracking of claims through our claims app.
- Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned corporates.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient claim processing.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry and a graduation degree. Good English communication is essential.
Salary: ₹20,00 to ₹25,00 CTC with benefits.
