Job Description
MAWI DESIGN is seeking a full-time, on-site Civil Supervisor in Chennai to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate contractors and clients, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and maintain quality control. The role includes scheduling and allocating site resources, resolving on-site issues, leveraging construction tools and software, and reporting progress to management.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience in construction/design projects; freshers may apply
- Required: strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of safety regulations
- Job type: Full-time, Permanent; Salary: ₹18,00–₹22,00/month; Work Location: On-site, Chennai
