Job Description
We are seeking a Civil Quantity Surveyor to measure, cost, and manage civil construction projects. The successful candidate will prepare bills of quantities, produce accurate cost estimates, evaluate tenders, administer contracts, and manage variations, claims, and cost control.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil works
- Proficient in measurement methods, contract law, and software (e.g., CostX, MS Excel)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
