Job Description

Technovalley Advanced Knowledge Services is actively seeking a skilled Chief Operating Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for converting admissions from designated leads and ensuring timely follow-ups until the admissions process is completed.

Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, conducting sales calls, and successfully closing leads. Ideal candidates should possess a strong background in academic counseling, particularly within top IT training companies, along with exceptional persuasive abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems is a must.

This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,500 to ₹35,00 per month, in addition to performance bonuses. Candidates must be fluent in English and be willing to work on-site.
