Job Description
Womennovator seeks a Chief Growth Officer to lead a cohort of 50+ aspiring women entrepreneurs, guiding most to pitch day and securing funding. You will build strategic partnerships in India and abroad with women-led organizations that advance inclusive workplaces, design and implement sustainable revenue and fundraising models, and mentor female founders. Required: proven track record in business development, sales, or fundraising; excellent training, networking, and communication skills; subject-matter passion for innovation and entrepreneurship; and visible leadership to represent the organization. The ideal candidate is self-driven, growth-minded, empathetic, culturally sensitive, and action-oriented. Preference for candidates from the Womennovator community.
