Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at Park Hyatt Chennai. In this role, you will assist in the efficient running of the kitchen department in alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie, or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a reputable hotel or restaurant, preferably in luxury international brands.
