Job Description
Hyatt Regency Gurgaon is in search of a skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently in alignment with Hyatt International’s high standards and strategic goals. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the kitchen as a profit center, guaranteeing guest satisfaction, and complying with budgetary constraints.
The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a luxury environment. A qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is a plus.
