Job Description
JM Financial is looking for a committed and detail-oriented Customer Experience Associate to handle chats and emails effectively. The successful candidate should possess a fundamental understanding of the Stock Market, including knowledge of Stocks, Mutual Funds, Currency, and Commodities.
This role involves addressing inquiries related to the Stock Market, managing customer accounts, and overseeing various communication channels.
Qualifications include a graduate degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are a must. This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary ranging from ₹17,00 to ₹30,00, along with additional benefits.
