Job Description

Uncle Delivery Express is excited to announce an opening for a Chat Support Executive to be an integral part of our team. In this position, you will address customer inquiries through chat and inbound calls, guide customers about our services, and work collaboratively to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of relevant customer service experience, fluency in written and spoken Kannada and Telugu, strong typing skills, and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of up to ₹30,00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and leave encashment. Flexibility for rotational shifts is essential.
