Job Description
Solugenix India Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Chat Support Executive to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering real-time assistance through live chat to address inquiries and ensure a superior customer experience.
Your core responsibilities will include promptly responding to customer questions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating effectively with team members.
