Job Description
Mervice Infotech is looking for dedicated Chat Support Executives to enhance our Customer Care operations. We are hiring for both Voice and Non-Voice processes. This full-time role requires working 6 days a week, with 1 rotational day off.
Candidates should have completed at least 12th grade and be between the ages of 18-33. We prefer male candidates for rotational shifts and female candidates for day shifts. Proficiency in both Hindi and English is crucial. We welcome applications from both fresh graduates and those with prior experience.
The salary ranges from ₹9,200 to ₹11,200 (in-hand), with a total CTC of ₹13,300. The position is based in Kolkata’s Salt Lake Sector 5 and entails working from the office.
