IPsoft Global Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Executive to join our team. The role involves verifying documents received from client coordinators, handling customer concerns and complaints, and responding to inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome.
- Age limit: Up to 28 years.
- Proficient in Hindi; English is preferred.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
