Job Description
We are looking for motivated Customer Service Executives for a chat-based support role to assist our international clientele. This position requires flexibility for night shifts, as you will be working US rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional chat support to customers
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries
- Accurately document all customer interactions
- Achieve team performance KPIs
Eligibility: Candidates must have an HSC or equivalent degree, with prior customer service experience preferred. Strong English communication skills and the ability to work night shifts are mandatory. Transportation will be provided.
Compensation: ₹21,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month.
