Job Description

Join Tribhrata Ventures Private Limited as a Chat Support Executive. In this role, you will:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with knowledge and efficiency.
• Identify and address customer needs, aiming for total satisfaction.
• Maintain daily recordings and documentation of issues and resolutions in a database for sales and executive management teams.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with our Sales and Marketing teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,988.02 – ₹20,677.71 per month
