Job Description
Emergefresh Solutions Private Limited is seeking passionate individuals for the role of Chat Support Executive. You will be responsible for verifying documents received from client co-ordinators and handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner. Additionally, you will answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
Requirements:
- Fresher candidates are most welcome
- Age limit: up to 28 years
- Must speak Hindi; English preferred
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Excellent communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
