Job Description
Location: Work from Office

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in User Support/Customer Support, and possess excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Key responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, collaborating with internal teams, and documenting user interactions. Familiarity with customer support tools is preferred.
