Job Description
Ecartes Technology Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will verify documents from client coordinators and address customer concerns promptly. You will handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
Requirements:

– Proficiency in Hindi; English preferred
– Minimum qualification: 12th pass
– Excellent communication skills
