Job Description
eAbyas Info Solutions is currently seeking a Chat Support Executive to join our team and assist our clients in providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. In this role, you will be tasked with addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction through live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and courteous live chat support to customers.
- Provide accurate product/service information.
- Resolve issues promptly while escalating complex problems as needed.
- Empathize with customers to deliver excellent service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,892.55 – ₹33,823.82 per month
