Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in BPO or Customer Support Chat. Recent graduates with strong English communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities: You will manage customer inquiries via chat, deliver comprehensive product information, resolve issues, document interactions, and collaborate with teams to address complex queries.

Requirements: Proficiency in Malayalam and English is essential, along with good typing speed and strong problem-solving abilities.
