Job Description
Eureka Outsourcing Solution Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Chat Associate to join our vibrant team. In this position, you will manage multiple chat conversations, document all interactions, and escalate complex queries efficiently. Your role is essential in ensuring high customer satisfaction, and we are looking for candidates with excellent written communication and strong problem-solving abilities.
