Roles and Responsibilities:
- Finalize Accounts and supervise overall accounting.
- Design and implement financial systems across the organization.
- Lead the accounts team and provide ongoing training.
- Manage compliance, taxation, auditing, and fund management.
- Prepare financial statements and submit monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor banking activities and manage salary accounts.
- Provide key suggestions to the director on financial matters.
Qualification: CA preferred, with 10 years experience in Real Estate.
