- Recognize key details in patient records and apply appropriate codes.
- Translate documentation into industry-standard medical codes.
- Assign ICD and CPT codes to diagnoses and procedures.
- Ensure accuracy of codes in compliance with regulations.
- Follow up on unclear documentation with providers.
- Adhere to company policies and HIPAA guidelines.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate with certification from AAPC or AHIMA.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
