This remote/hybrid role based in Wayanad, Kerala involves handling calls and WhatsApp, confirming availability and pricing, coordinating with hotels, maintaining records, processing changes/cancellations, and submitting daily reports.

• Requirements: strong English (Hindi preferred), confident customer‑friendly manner, basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, Gmail), and multitasking ability; sales, call‑center, or hospitality experience is a plus; freshers with strong speaking skills are welcome.
