Job Description

INFONIKS SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (est. 1995, Cochin) seeks a dedicated CCTV Service Coordinator to lead field technicians supporting banking clients. This full-time, permanent role is based in Ernakulam / Kadavanthara, Kochi (in person).

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate installations, service calls and AMCs across branches.
• Manage daily schedules, allocate tasks and provide technical guidance.
• Handle urgent calls as the primary phone contact and remain available beyond office hours.

Requirements: Diploma; minimum 1 year hands-on CCTV/alarm experience; team management skills; strong troubleshooting and AMC knowledge; excellent written and oral communication.

Compensation: From ₹20,00/month. Benefits: cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
