Job Description
Chris Johnson Business IT Solutions is looking for a proactive CCTV Monitoring Operator to efficiently utilize CCTV equipment while assisting the MIS Executive in reporting customer flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent visual monitoring skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely logs, reports, and records.
- Exhibit proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and MS Teams.
- Operate the CCTV system in accordance with standard procedures.
- Report issues immediately following CCTV Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Actively monitor workflows related to CCTV operations.
- Observe customer interactions and promptly communicate any issues.
