Job Description
Johnson Controls is seeking a qualified Supply Chain Management (SCM) Operations Manager to oversee Revenue & Supplier Management across India, ensuring seamless operations.
Educational Qualification:
A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or additional certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue for projects & services across India.
- Act as the main contact for internal operations and manage purchase requests.
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers, maintaining uninterrupted supplies.
- Resolve supplier issues including payment and reconciliation matters.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership abilities in managing teams.
- ERP knowledge of SAP MM is a must, Oracle knowledge is an advantage.
- Proficient in advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
