Job Description
The Cashier plays a vital role in managing cash transactions, billing, and financial records at the front desk. This position requires precise payment processing, strict financial accountability, and excellent customer service for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Oversee billing, payments, refunds, and deposits.
- Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile end-of-day balances.
- Securely protect all cash and financial documents.
- Assist with daily revenue and expense reporting.
- Uphold exceptional guest service standards.
