Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, target-driven Female Admission Counselor to generate admissions, provide one-on-one student counseling, and convert leads into enrollments. The role requires maintaining course and market knowledge, making outbound calls, following up via CRM, tracking campaigns, and supporting business development efforts.
- Full-time, permanent; in-person at Baranagar, Kolkata
- Compensation from ₹15,00/month; Provident Fund provided
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and academic counseling
- Strong persuasion, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling, CRM use, and meeting monthly/quarterly targets
- Master’s degree preferred; must be willing to commute or relocate
