Job Description
Join Kotak Mahindra as a Capital Markets Operations Specialist at the Custody/DDP desk. The successful applicant will be part of the Client Onboarding team, responsible for preparing documentation for Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPI) and Foreign Direct Investors (FDI).
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing onboarding documents and modification requests.
- Educating clients on regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring compliance through thorough review of client structures.
- Maintaining direct client interactions for query resolutions.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of SEBI/RBI KYC guidelines and Custody Business.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Postgraduate in Commerce/Banking, MBA in Finance, or Chartered Accountant.
