Job Description
Strategic Compass Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Call Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer phone calls and taking appropriate actions.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction ratings as per company standards.
- Attending mandatory training sessions to stay updated on changes.
- Utilizing company policies for issue resolution or managerial input when necessary.
- Inputting data into our computer platform to ensure accurate customer records.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher.
Pay: ₹9,767.90 – ₹17,867.55 per month.
Benefits include Provident Fund and a day shift schedule, with supplemental performance bonuses.
Work Location: In person.
Requirements
