Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a Call Handler, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails. You will manage and resolve customer complaints, sell products, and place customer orders in our system. Your role will also involve identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, providing product information, and documenting call information according to standard procedures. Additionally, you will recognize trends in customer calls and follow up as necessary.

Pay: ₹9,767.90 – ₹18,867.55 per month
