Strategic Compass Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Call Centre Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer phone calls and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings.
- Attend mandatory training sessions.
