Job Description
Vibes Health Care is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will handle calls with professionalism, provide accurate information regarding our services, resolve customer queries, and maintain detailed records to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma, strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and previous customer service experience is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₹9,320.62 – ₹30,00.00 per month. Proficiency in Hindi, English, Telugu, and Kannada is highly desirable. Please note that this role requires in-person attendance.
