Job Description
Join STAR INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS as a Call Centre Executive! In this role, you will answer inbound calls, provide accurate information, assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain customer records. You will also make outbound calls for follow-ups and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹16,700.00 – ₹26,400.00 per month
Schedule: Day shifts, Monday to Friday, Morning and Rotational shifts.
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred. Experience in technical support and tele sales is a plus.
Language: Hindi preferred.
