Job Description
Lotus Hospital in Pune is urgently hiring a Call Center Executive with over 1 year of relevant experience in the multispecialty hospital or healthcare industry.
Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Handle incoming and make outbound calls to assist customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and document interactions in the CRM system.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Marathi are required.
- Salary: Rs. 20,00/- to Rs. 25,00/- (based on qualification and experience).
Notice Period: Immediate/10-15 Days
Job Type: Full-time (Evening, Morning, or Night shifts available)
