Job Description
Clove Dental is currently looking for an enthusiastic Call Centre Agent to become a valuable member of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and conducting outbound calls for follow-ups and surveys.
Your primary duties will include resolving customer complaints and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. A solid understanding of our company policies and procedures is crucial for success in this position.
